Apparently I have successfully imparted to my 4-year-old that as home-making-dominion-takers we must strive to see beauty in all things. Mallie tied ribbons around every object in the bathroom while her little sister took a bath.
She has productive hands. Some would say “messy” if they saw most of her “produce”, (“Mallie, did you fill all the Mason jars with rice?”) but I choose to look at the positive side.

Dominion with tiolet brushes, huh? My niece has stolen our toilet brush before; does this mean children are our oppressors? 😛
Too cute! Once they get an idea in their nuggets they run with it! LOL!
Cute! And not a bad idea either, since toilet brushes tend to be so – well – blah. 🙂
I might just take a ribbon to mine as well. Avi and I could start a ‘ribbon revolution’! 😉
LOL! I thought it looked better too.
Absolutely love it, Kelly!!!
thanks for sharing. so cute! I’ve been working my way through Ann Voskamp’s book, One Thousand Gifts. I’m trying to look at my world through a more grateful lens. Having a creative (messy) child does have a positive side… I’m trying to find it over here. My creative one is a boy, so no ribbons are showing up on the toilet brush. 🙂
Love girly girls!
That, in sharp contrast to what this little girl has been fed…

Too cute! I’m sure visitors will be impressed too!
Love this! 🙂
Ha! Love it!
She is so cute! Gotta love her. 🙂 I remember making big bows out of shimmery cellophane and taping them to my wall. I thought they were so beautiful at the time!
