You Can Do It Too! (Homeschool, That Is.)

by Kelly Crawford

Lorilee Lippincott (isn’t that just fun to say?), from Loving Simple Living, had a vision of compiling interviews of real homeschooling families, gaining the perspectives and differences that accompany the homeschool world.

Her vision is now a reality and she has offered to give away 3 copies of the ALMOST released eBook, “You Can Do It Too!”

If you want to pre-order the book (for one more day), saving $1, I’d jump on it!

This book is meaty–253 pages–and will be a great encouragement to those already homeschooling as well as those considering it. I absolutely devoured the easy-to-read interviews which gave me ideas, inspiration and much-needed encouragement. Reading the way others home educate is always a breath of fresh air.

What the book is NOT:

“This book isn’t a book comparing homeschool, public school, private school or other education options. We are not going to tell you what is best for you or your kids because we don’t know you or your options. The goal of this book is to let you see the nuts and bolts of what homeschool is and make sure you know it is an option for you.

To enter to win a copy, just leave a “hey I want to win!” in the comment section below and as always, I love when you share about the giveaway. (The giveaway will end Friday at 10 p.m., CST.)

See the contributing authors (I jumped in at the end) and read more about YCDIT!

When you purchase YCDIT, you will receive the pdf file and the Kindle version!

Hi, I would love to win this book. We are actually contemplating whether we should homeschool our 7 y.o. son and I would love to learn the nuts and bolts that go along with it. I have to admit, it seems rather daunting to be not only his mommy, but his teacher, too!

Hey, I’d love to win!

Our eldest is finishing off the bulk of her studies over the next year ahead of doing some foreign mission work, we have a younger daughter who we need an extra dose of inspiration to guide (she has some learning challenges) and we look forward to starting the home schooling journey all over again with our two new little ones, a son who is 21 months and another due at Christmas 🙂 Once again, I’d REALLY LOVE to win 🙂

“Hey, I want it!” With a houseful ranging from 4 to 17 this book probably contains lots of great ideas on homeschooling among the various ages…tips & tricks….fun stuff! I grew tired of public school, switched to online public school (only to get even more disenchanted), and am now floating through a sea of home schooling materials while trying to keep costs down and keep everyone entertained. This books sounds like a great read with tons of suggestions and ideas to help me on the way!!!!
