What a Way to Wake Up!

by Kelly Crawford

I awoke to an emotional announcement by my dramatic 4-year-old this morning:

“Mom, you’ve got to get up and cook breakfast…the cereal has rat poo in it!!!”

“What?” Well, so much for catching a few more winks 😉 I was certainly concerned about the dilemma and sleepily went upstairs to address it.

“Can Mommy get her coffee first?” (I know…terribly selfish….but I am so much safer after coffee. Read HERE.)

So Avi brings me the bag-in-question…

It was the Kashi fiber-something cereal.

The children were not amused.

(Just for the record, we live on a farm, kind of, and there are signs of rats at the barn, thus the knowledge of “rat poo”.)

I love it–sounds like something my little ones would say (glad I’m not alone!)

BTW, Kelly, I like the look of the new banner and title.

Many blessings…
